Representative Vicky Hartzler (R-Mo.) released the following statement in regards to the House vote to override the President’s veto of the Restoring Americans’ Healthcare Freedom Reconciliation Act of 2015:
U.S. Rep. Vicky Hartzler joined Missouri State Rep. Patricia Pike for an informational hour-long meeting with constituents at the Franklin P. Norman City/County Community Center.
The next meeting of the Webster County Democrats will be Tuesday, Feb. 2, at Sheila’s Place restaurant, Route A (South Marshall Street), Marshfield. Join us for dinner at 6 p.m., followed by a meeting at 7 p.m. Guest speaker will be Dr. Gordon Christensen, who has announced his candidacy to oppose Rep. Vicky Hartzler for Missouri’s 4th District seat in the U.S. House of Representatives.
Immediately following the anti-bullying conference at Nevada High School, Friday, Jan. 22, students met with State Rep. Patricia Pike and U.S. Congresswoman Vicky Hartzler, who represents Missouri's fourth congressional district.
The two came to the school after meeting with community members at the Franklin P. Norman City/County Community Center.
I will offer a commentary on two recent news stories, although the only similarities in the two lie in the preposterous remedies and comments offered by the respective officials named in each story.
